public conservation facility nestled atop the limestone bluffs
of the Winnebago River. The center features a variety of
displays about the wildlife and natural resources of North
Iowa. An outdoor amphitheater, hands-on nature displays and
over nine miles of trails through prairie, forest and wetland
habitat provide remarkable experiences. Virtual geocaching is available; for landmark coordinates call or visit website. Hours: Mon. - Fri. 7:30 am - 4 pm Sat. 9 am - 5 pm Sun. 1 pm - 5 pm; winter weekends close at 4pm; closed holidays Admission: Free |
