Visitors are invited to enjoy sculptures on display and vote for their favorite in the "People's Choice Award". The first seven pieces of the River City Sculptures on Parade exhibit have been installed in Downtown Mason City. These sculptures provide residents and visitors with a taste of what will be a 25-piece "sculpture walk." Guests can enjoy walking through the display's looping route to the Cultural Crescent and back to the central core. QR codes on each nameplate will assist participants on a self-guided tour.

The remaining 18 sculptures will be installed in June 2013. The sculptures will remain on display until May 2014, when the exhibit will be changed and 25 new sculptures will arrive. Artists from around the world have the opportunity to submit sculptures for consideration.

The sculpture selected as the "People's Choice Award" winner will become a permanent installation in the community.
