April Cooking Class w/ Chef Beto

Enjoy a delicious variety of Caribbean small bites that are perfect for parties or even a light meal.  These iconic Venezuelan snacks offer a comforting mix of savory flavors and textures everyone loves.  Join Chef Beto at Roots on Thursday – April 9^th, at 6 PM to learn all about it and sample these delicious foods. 

Also attending is Healthy Harvest of North Iowa to teach about ways to find ingredients locally!

Attendees will receive the recipe and a meal of their own to enjoy during the event.  (BYO Drink – wine is fine!)
