The Patriot Tour

The Nation of Patriots - Patriot Tour is rolling into Mason City on Saturday, May 16th. This 17th annual nationwide journey escorts an American flag through all 50 states to raise support for veterans and their families, and Mason City is honored to be one of its stops as it arrives from Albert Lea, MN via a motorcycle escort.

The community is invited to gather at Harley-Davidson of Mason City starting at 12:00 PM for a free will lunch, good company, and the chance to welcome the riders in true Mason City style. Around 1:00 PM, a special flag ceremony and transfer will take place.

Spectators are encouraged to line Highway 65 on the north side of Mason City or head downtown near Central Park to catch the escorted procession as it rolls through town before heading to the flag ceremony and transfer. The weekend continues on Sunday, May 17th at 10:00 AM with a bike blessing at Harley-Davidson of Mason City, followed by departure at 11:00 AM as the tour heads on to Ames.
