River City Steak Challenge "10th Annual Competition"
This year the River City Steak Challenge “10th Annual Competition” is moving downtown Mason City, on Friday and Saturday, July 3rd and 4th.
Started by Jim and Leona Sallee, this mouth-watering event has now become a Fourth of July tradition. The Event Headquarters is at Fat Hill Brewing and the Sallee’s are proud to announce that Ken Phillips, SCA Founder is officiating the event.
This event boasts amazing payouts along with 5 Steak Golden Tickets and 5 Ancillary Golden Tickets to the World Championships. The event starts on Friday, at 12 PM with Load-in. On Saturday the cooks meet bright and early at 9 AM. First Place Payouts for both Friday and Saturday, is $1000.
