Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff really created a customer-focused, customer-first experience. Wide selection of a variety of fun stuff--complete bikes from every category, accessories galore, cool clothing and gear-- rule the show floor. The plethora of parts and components continue on into the clean shop area where it's evident a high degree of capability exists within this working bike shop. For me, this tied it all together, making it clear Wayne's is a top-notch "Local Bike Shop."
