Do you have a passion for community development, small business success, and downtown revitalization? Main Street Mason City is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Economic Vitality Specialist.

This position plays a key role in strengthening the economic health of our historic downtown district. From supporting local entrepreneurs to attracting new businesses and promoting investment, the Economic Vitality Specialist helps create a vibrant environment for both residents and visitors to enjoy.

Position Highlights:

• Part-time (20–25 hours/week)
• $18.25–$21.50/hour depending on experience
• Year-round position, with some nights and weekends
• Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the heart of Mason City

You'll work alongside community leaders, local business owners, and passionate volunteers to implement strategies that support business growth, enhance the downtown experience, and drive sustainable economic development.
