VMC's Hannah Ausenhus Honored with Statewide Tourism Award
Iowa Travel Industry Partners (iTIP), the leading association for Iowa’s tourism and hospitality professionals, recently announced the winners of its third annual iTIP Awards—and Visit Mason City’s own Hannah Ausenhus is among the honorees!
Hannah, Group Sales & Experience Coordinator, received the Rising Star Award in recognition of her outstanding leadership, creativity, and dedication to advancing tourism in Iowa. From developing innovative marketing strategies to actively promoting Iowa at tradeshows across the region, Hannah has become a passionate voice for the state—helping showcase Iowa as a premier destination for group travel and events. Her work not only strengthens Mason City’s position in the industry but also contributes to the overall growth and visibility of Iowa’s tourism sector.
Award winners were selected by the iTIP Foundation Board of Trustees from peer nominations submitted statewide. Awards were recently presented at the iTIP Annual Meeting in Winterset. Please join us in congratulating Hannah on this well-deserved recognition!
