North Iowa Events Center: Versatility for Every Occasion

For larger gatherings, trade shows, or events requiring expansive space, the North Iowa Events Center offers unmatched versatility. This multi-purpose facility is home to several buildings and outdoor spaces that can be tailored to suit a wide range of events.

Highlights of the North Iowa Events Center include:

All Seasons Building: This premier space provides 26,000 square feet of wide open space perfect for vendor shows, flea markets, expos, banquets, and conferences.

Olson Building: This space provides 16,000 square feet with capacity for 650 seated guests (1,200 standing). Climate-controlled with a ceiling height of 30 feet in the center and 9.5 feet sidewalls. Three overhead doors make for easy loading and unloading with a public entrance on the south end.

Kinney Building: A more intimate option with space for up to 250 guests (365 standing). Recently remodeled, the Kinney Building features brand new restrooms, bar, and kitchen with refrigerator and sink (for prepared foods).

Indoor Arena: An excellent choice for horse or cattle shows, rodeos, concerts, and more! The indoor arena provides over 20,000 square feet with capacity up to 2,000 guests. The arena building is equipped with restrooms, locker rooms, and concessions/kitchen area.

Outdoor Spaces: With ample green space and parking, the center is well-suited for festivals, fairs, and large-scale events.

The North Iowa Events Center also provides bar service, tables, chairs, linens, portable staging, bleachers, and more! Its flexibility and capacity make it a go-to venue for both corporate and community events in Mason City.
