Help Shape North Iowa's New Hospitality Training Certificate
Exceptional hospitality doesn't happen by accident—it begins with people who know how to create welcoming, memorable experiences for every guest.
Visit Mason City and NIACC's Workforce Academy are partnering to develop a new Hospitality Training Certificate Program designed to strengthen customer service and hospitality skills across North Iowa. The program will provide practical, industry-focused training for employees working in tourism, lodging, restaurants, retail, attractions, entertainment venues, and other visitor-facing businesses.
Before the program is finalized, local hospitality partners are invited to help shape its future by attending a Lunch & Learn to review the proposed curriculum and share feedback.
