Home of the North Iowa Fair, North Iowa Recreational Arena, 1873 Country Schoolhouse, Mason City Motor Speedway and more! Year-round indoor and outdoor venues available for rent with public calendar of events including: Rummage sales, wedding & receptions, competitive events, home sports & ag shows, auctions, grandstand events, motocross, rodeo, camping, fundraisers, kickboxing, concerts and more! The North Iowa Fair will be held July 17-21, 2024 and will feature an opening night concert, carnival, shopping mall, food vendors, petting zoo and much more!
