Entrances to the park are located at East State Street, Virginia Avenue, and 4th Street NE With nearly 60 acres of green space surrounded by a majestic canopy of trees and beautiful riverside, East Park offers an enchanting setting for an outdoor ceremony. The flower gardens surrounding the picturesque gazebo, fountain, and duck pond are some of the most beautiful in the state! NORTH IOWA EVENTS CENTER

Whether you’re seeking simple or elegant, rustic or refined, the North Iowa Events Center offers affordable flexibility and plenty of space for a ceremony and/or reception that you will cherish forever. The beautiful Marion E. Olson Building provides 16,000 square feet (80’x 200′) with capacity for 650 seated guests (1,200 standing). It is climate-controlled with a ceiling height of 30 feet in the center and 9.5 ft. sidewalls. Overhead doors make for easy loading and unloading, with a public entrance on the south end. Don’t need the whole building? Rent just the space you need with pricing options for 1/2 and 3/4 space available! The Olson Building is equipped with a kitchen area (for prepared foods – refrigerator, microwave, and sinks) and newly remodeled restrooms.If you’re looking for something a little more intimate, the Kinney Building may be the perfect venue for you! This 65′ x 96′ climate-controlled building seats up to 375 guests (725 standing). There is an overhead door for ease of loading and unloading, a public entrance, and plenty of parking. This venue’s peak ceiling height is 14 feet and 11 feet at the sides. Recently remodeled, the Kinney Building features brand new restrooms, kitchen, and bar!
Rental packages include tables and chairs, as well as a wide range of options and add-ons. In addition to the more traditional Olson and Kinney venues, the North Iowa Events Center also offers vast green space, a vintage schoolhouse, and camping facilities.
